Where it is today: the web app builds clean and runs end-to-end on a real Supabase schema with row-level security — bookings actually persist to the cloud and survive a reload. Live tracking, split-pay, and notifications are fully built but still run on mock data behind a provider seam; the native iOS wrapper and live keys (Stripe, Maps, Twilio) come next. Not yet publicly deployed.
